At PWM, our Testing Department is dedicated to ensuring every hydraulic cylinder leaving our facility performs flawlessly under real-world conditions. Testing is not just a final step, it’s a crucial part of our commitment to reliability, safety, and quality. Each cylinder is subjected to rigorous evaluation procedures designed to validate performance, pressure integrity, and dimensional accuracy according to customer specifications and international standards.

Every unit is tested using state-of-the-art hydraulic test benches equipped with calibrated gauges and electronic data acquisition systems. Cylinders are pressure-tested to verify structural integrity, seal performance, and smooth operation across the entire stroke range. This includes proof pressure and functional cycle tests that simulate demanding field conditions, ensuring every product can withstand continuous heavy-duty use without failure or leakage.

Our technicians follow detailed quality protocols that document each test result, providing traceability and transparency for every cylinder produced. Specialized testing can also be conducted upon request such as high-pressure endurance tests, position sensor validation, or temperature-controlled performance assessments to meet unique OEM or industry-specific requirements.
